When you contact us or request a quote, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email, phone number, project description, selected products, quantities, delivery address, requested dates and correspondence. Please send only information needed for your request. We also record your form choices, the version of the consent notice, the submission time and the page used to submit the request.
Website and security information
Our website and service providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages and advertising campaign parameters. Cookies and browser storage may be used for site operation, remembering a materials list, analytics and advertising measurement. Security measures may process technical information to identify automated submissions and abuse. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads-related tools to understand website activity and advertising results. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use inquiry and project information to respond, prepare estimates and quotes, review material requirements, coordinate orders and delivery, provide customer service, protect the website, keep business records and meet applicable obligations. A website estimate or submission does not itself create a construction or supply contract. We use your phone number to handle the contact you requested; it does not automatically subscribe you to SMS.
Text messages and mobile information
If you separately opt in, DSKA Steel may send customer-care texts about your inquiry, quote, order or delivery using Twilio. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact quotes@dskasteel.com. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent your inquiry details. We disclose information needed by providers that help us operate the website, process inquiries, provide communications and fulfill requested services. These providers may include hosting, email, security and communications providers such as Twilio. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect lawful rights and security. Mobile numbers, SMS consent and text-message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Limited processing by communications providers to deliver our own messages does not authorize those providers to use this information for their own marketing.
Retention and protection
We retain information for the purposes described here, including handling requests, maintaining consent and opt-out records, meeting recordkeeping requirements and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and our obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You can decline the optional SMS checkbox and still submit your request. To stop texts, reply STOP or contact us. To request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal information, email quotes@dskasteel.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need reasonable information to verify the request. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to opt out of certain processing and appeal a denied request. Send an appeal to the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will explain our response and applicable exceptions. You may contact the Texas Attorney General with a privacy complaint. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Cookies and external services
You can manage cookies through your browser and review Google's privacy and advertising controls. Blocking some storage may affect site features. Form agreement and SMS consent are separate from cookie settings and do not authorize advertising messages. Links, embedded services and other sites may be governed by their own policies; review them when you use those services.
Children and policy updates
This business website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may revise this notice as our practices change and will update the revision date. A change to this notice does not expand an existing SMS consent to a new purpose.
