The website describes our products and services and helps you prepare an inquiry. Information, illustrations and downloadable materials are general references. We work to keep them useful, but specifications, availability and other details must be confirmed for your project.
Calculators and quote requests
Calculator results are estimates based on the information entered. They are not a binding offer, accepted order, invoice or guarantee of price. Freight, taxes, availability, fabrication requirements and other project-specific charges require confirmation. Submitting a request, downloading a materials list or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not reserve material or create a purchase or construction contract. No payment is collected by the quote-request form. Final scope, price, scheduling, payment and delivery terms will be stated in a separate written agreement or confirmed order.
Design and engineering
Images, building examples, profile diagrams and online tools are not stamped engineering drawings or project-specific structural advice. Suitability depends on the complete design, site conditions, loads, connections and applicable codes. Required design, engineering, permitting and installation responsibilities must be established in the project agreement with qualified professionals.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact and project details and submit information you are authorized to share. You authorize us to review it and respond to the request. Do not submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the forms for unsolicited advertising. We may limit abusive or automated submissions to protect the service.
Contact and text-message choices
We may respond to your request using the contact details you supply. Agreement to these website terms does not enroll you in text messaging. Customer-care SMS requires the separate optional SMS choice. The SMS Policy explains scope, message frequency, charges and how to stop messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how inquiry details, website information and consent records are handled. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in project notes.
Website materials and outside links
DSKA Steel and the relevant rights holders retain rights in site materials and brand marks. You may use product references and download the catalog for evaluating your project. That does not grant rights to reuse branding or publish materials as your own. Third-party links are provided for convenience, and those providers are responsible for their services.
Availability and responsibility
The website may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information and tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or fitness for a specific project. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or replace warranties and obligations in a signed project or supply agreement. Changes and applicable law
Updated terms will carry a new revision date. Changes apply to future website use and do not automatically amend an existing written order or project agreement.
